Recently I've been getting a LOT of product pitches, joint venture requests, etc.

I have to be honest, some of the pitches that I have received just plain suck. One I recently got takes the cake.

First, it talked ONLY about the commission and how much money I would make. Not at all about the product. Information about the product was attached in a PDF.

Next, I checked out the PDF and it was like a 15 page sales letter and by the time I skimmed through it, I still had no idea what the person was trying to pitch. I decided to try to figure out what they were trying to pitch by reading the whole first page... I got so bored that I stopped reading and yet was still in the dark to what it was.

So, I say that for a few reasons.

I felt like replying back and saying... What is your product, what does it do, and how will it benefit me or my readers. Really, when you are pitching something that's really all someone should need to know.

If you're trying to pitch something... take a look at what it is you're saying. I don't care about how much money I am going to make or if your commission is at 100000%. I want to know what it is, what it does, and how it benefits people.

Anyways - just wanted to put that out there. :D
